Twenty years of environmental science experience.  Eighteen years as Principal Biologist; performing wetland permitting tasks and specializing in wetland delineation, soil evaluations for on-site wastewater treatment systems (OWTS), storm water management, and erosion and sedimentation control.  Two years working on wetlands permitting & enforcement at RIDEM.
