All fish will be 2 inches over the State of Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) regulations minimum size. Bags limits will follow current State DEM and/or Federal regulations. Fish not governed by a minimum size shall be at least 12 inches in total length.  Size and bags limits will be based on 2008 State RIDEM Regulations that should be available by May 2008. RIDEM Marine Fisheries Website.
