The southern-most of three towns on Aquidneck Island, Newport, RI is a busy tourist destination on the east side of Narragansett Bay. A variety of accomodations are available in Newport and surrounding communities. August is very busy in the area...make your reservations early. We have not located any available, centrally-located lodging, but will keep looking. There are numerous hotels, B&B's, inns, rental properties, and campgrounds within driving distance of the contest area. We will add more information when it becomes available. Suggestions welcome!
